Dave Irving is a Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge. In his earlier life he was a corporate executive at The Toro Company where he was an HR leader of a worldwide company. Then he tried 'recreational drugs' which spiraled into addiction, arrest, prosecution, and imprisonment. Upon his release from prison he came face to face with the challenges a addict and convicted felon face in our society and dedicated himself to sharing his story in hopes of helping others. Speaking at High Schools, Universities, Law Schools, Rotary Clubs and Churches, his message has reached many suffering from addiction as well as those just starting the experimentation years. Taking on a leadership role at Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge has allowed him the opportunity to help those in need navigate re-entry and he continues to lead teams in recovery. He embraces the role at Restore Recovery as a further calling to create pathways for women seeking positive and supportive change in their lives.
