Jen's Story

With more than 25 years of marketing and brand leadership experience, Jen brings strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for mission-driven impact to the Restore Recovery Board.

A results-driven executive, she has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened brand identity, and generated significant revenue growth through innovative marketing, fundraising, and partnership initiatives. Her expertise spans integrated marketing strategy, digital and traditional media, storytelling, experiential marketing, and donor engagement — all grounded in data-informed decision making and measurable outcomes.

Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Communications at Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge, she oversees brand strategy, media planning, creative direction, and multi-channel communications efforts that support life transformation at scale. Throughout her career, she has successfully revitalized brands, scaled organizations, and led cross-functional teams with clarity and purpose.

Her professional focus centers on leveraging storytelling and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth and long-term loyalty. Deeply aligned with Restore Recovery’s mission, she is committed to helping expand its reach, strengthen community engagement, and support lasting freedom through faith and recovery.
