Tabitha Kukkola serves as a Board Member for Restore Recovery and brings over a decade of leadership experience to the role. She currently oversees a diverse team of more than 330 employees across HR, customer service, engineering, finance, operations, IT, and administrative functions as a Director of Operations in Healthcare Linen Services.
Tabitha's Story
Sober for 12 years and grounded in faith-based recovery, Tabitha understands firsthand the impact of early support in sobriety. “That was once me,” she says. “Now, I want to give back and help create the same kind of hope and support that changed my life.” She has previously mentored women at MN Adult and Teen Challenge and now serves as an administrative volunteer for Restore Recovery.
With a BS in Finance and an MBA, Tabitha’s focus on the board includes operational growth, strategic planning, and financial sustainability. She’s passionate about helping Restore Recovery build a strong foundation for long-term impact—for both the women served and the employees supporting them.
Her “why” is simple: “I remember what it felt like to be broken, lost, and unsure if I could ever turn things around. Now, I stay involved to be the person I once needed and to help other women believe they can rebuild too.”
Outside of work and service, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her family, raising animals on her small farm, hiking, and staying grounded in her faith.
