About the Event
Join us for 9 Rounds of Recovery, a fun and supportive event designed for people in recovery to connect, move, and encourage one another. This circuit-style workout includes nine short rounds that combine fitness and community in a positive, recovery-friendly environment. All fitness levels are welcome.
